In Savannah, Ga., the Cryer family is the enviable face of success and wealth. At least that's how it appears from the outside. But within the walls of the family's opulent mansion, dysfunction and double lives threaten to destroy the Cryers' world of privilege. The family's patriarch, Jim, is a powerful judge with political ambitions that are put at risk by his double life that includes affairs with high-priced escorts. Jim's wife, Katheryn, is willing to do whatever it takes to protect her family's status while playing the role of a loving and dutiful wife. Son Wyatt is a troubled jock who continuously goes in and out of rehab, and daughter Amanda is a struggling law student who has unknowingly befriended a woman, Candace Young, who has the power to ruin the entire family and also happens to be the estranged daughter of the Cryers' maid, Hanna. When manipulative Candace realizes that she is Jim's escort, she sees that as an opportunity of a lifetime.

LUTHER
Season 5 in  Production: A brilliant but emotionally impulsive detective who is tormented by the dark side of humanity while hunting down murderers. Once the self-destructive detective knows the killer's identity, it becomes a psychological duel between predator and prey.  John Luther is a Detective Chief Inspector (DCI) working for the Serious Crime Unit in series one, and the new Serious and Serial Crime Unit in series two and three. A dedicated police officer, Luther is obsessive, possessed, and sometimes dangerous in the violence of his fixations. However, Luther has paid a heavy price for his dedication; he has never been able to prevent himself from being consumed by the darkness of the crimes with which he deals. For Luther, the job always comes first. His dedication is a curse and a blessing, both for him and those close to him. He is unable to arrest Alice Morgan, the murderer in the first episode, and for the rest of the first series she becomes his confidante, giving him an insight into the motivations of other criminals.

"Grey's Anatomy" creator Shonda Rhimes is the creative mind behind this ABC drama. Olivia Pope, a former media consultant to the president, is ready to move on with her life and opens her own crisis-management firm, but she can't seem to shake ties with her past. Olivia's staff includes Quinn Perkins, who has a complicated history, and hacker extraordinaire Huck. As she moves forward it becomes clear that, while her staffers may specialize in cleaning up the lives of other people, they can't seem to do the same for themselves.

The Quad stars Anika Noni Rose as Dr. Eva Fletcher, a newly elected President of the fictional Georgia A&M University. It also stars Ruben Santiago-Hudson, Sean Blakemore and Jasmine Guy.

Rebel is an upcoming American television police drama series, created by John Singleton, that will debut on BET. The series follows Oakland police officer Rebecca “Rebel” Cole, who after her brother was killed by police, began working as private investigator. Rebel was picked up direct-to-series with eight episodes-order on April 20, 2016 by BET. John Singleton also set to direct the series. On June 9, 2016, stage actress Danielle Moné Truitt was cast as lead character, while Giancarlo Esposito, Mykelti Williamson, Method Man, and Brandon Quinn also was cast as series regulars. On July 7, 2016 Angel Parker joined the cast playing attorney.

Miami pathologist, Dr. Beaumont Rosewood, Jr., finds secrets in people's bodies using his state-of-the-art laboratory equipment. Dr. Beaumont Rosewood Jr., a Miami-based private pathologist (in other words, a medical examiner who is not on the municipal payroll), comes upon a crime scene and deduces the cause of death and the scenario leading to it in a matter of minutes. And he does it with charm and humor to boot. Based on the evidence, he figures that the deceased suffered from pancreatic cancer and died from it; thus, it’s not a murder, so the cops can stop their investigation and let the suspects go, and they can all turn their thoughts to happier matters, like dinner.

 CANCELLED: Based on Steven Spielberg's international blockbuster film of the same name, this sci-fi drama follows an unlikely partnership between a "precognitive" named Dash (Stark Sands) who is haunted by his future, and a shrewd police detective, Lara Vega (Meagan Good), who struggles with her past. Set in Washington, D.C., in the year 2065, Dash and Vega race to identify and eliminate criminals, stopping terrible crimes before they are committed. As the two lost souls work together to fight future crimes, Dash and Vega form a connection and find purpose and redemption in each other.

Annalise Keating (Oscar-nominated,Tony-winning actress Viola Davis) is a brilliant, charismatic and seductive professor of defense law, who teaches a class called How to Get Away With Murder. is an American comedy-drama series, created by Ranada Shepard, that premiered on TV One on August 5, 2015. The single-camera project set in Atlanta, and stars Danielle Nicolet as 30-something writer who decides to become celibate after unsuccessful dates and relationships. Meagan Holder and Eva Marcille co-stars as her best friends, while Durrell "Tank" Babbs plays her neighbor and love interest. On September 8, 2015, Born Again Virgin was renewed for a 12-episode second season set to premiere in early 2016

The comedy-drama follows three best friends who don't hold the same philosophies on sex and relationships: Keisha is a former video dancer who wants a rich man to support her high style; April is finding out that her fairy-tale marriage to her supposedly perfect man isn't what she thought it would be; and Raquel is trying to break free from her mother's influence and attempting to stand up for herself and make her own choices.

Series Concluded: While their men try to hone their gridiron talents on the field, the wives and girlfriends of pro football players sharpen their own skills behind the scenes when it comes to the power plays they have to use to get their guys the best agents, the best endorsements, the best merchandising deals -- even the "in" charity. And then there's the groupies around every corner, and the oh-so-helpful "image consultants" ready and eager to perform a makeover for any player in trouble.

The Los Angeles Devils provide plenty of highlights as pro basketball's top team, but it's the heat generated by the league's premiere dance squad, the Devil Girls, that has everyone's attention. It's an alluring world for Ahsha, a sheltered young woman who joins the team against the wishes of her mother, Sloane, who -- having been a Devil Girl herself -- knows whereof she speaks. The team's star, ruthless Jelena, does not suffer lightly any competition to her standing; its director, Olivia, has turned the Devil Girls into a multimillion-dollar empire thanks to her crafty ways; and on the outside looking in is coach Davenport, a former all-star who returns to the sidelines of his old team but has to contend with the girls hogging the limelight and distracting his players.

Word on the street is Fox is looking to revive the popular Showtime series ‘Soul Food,’ based on the hit 1997 film.The original ‘Soul Food’ series ran on Showtime from 2000 to 2004 and was a hit with viewers. It followed the lives of a Black family in Chicago, struggling with life’s ups and down (marriage, divorce, owning a business, etc.). According to the industry blog Fishbowl LA, Twentienth Century Fox is looking to capitalize on the African-American demographic who is hungry for shows.

Honorable Mention: Lawyer Kevin Hill lives the fast life in Manhattan, winning cases by day and scoring with the ladies at night. But everything changes when he's forced to raise the 10-month-old daughter of his recently deceased cousin. Now dealing with baby bottles and diapers, Kevin decides to overhaul his life and quits his job at his workaholic law firm to take a job at a flexible, boutique firm owned and staffed completely by women. Despite temptation from his party buddies, Kevin insists he will walk the line between all the females in his life -- the women at his job, the women he chases at night and the little girl in the crib.

They're an authentic picture of an African American family working to live the dream. This family-next-door consists of two loving parents: Anthony and Lisa Stallworth and their children Ebony and Devin. The Stallworths move to a middle class community in sunny southern California and both Anthony and Lisa bring baggage and other family members into their relationship that makes for great comedy - and occasional drama

On Hiatus: Based on chef Eddie Huang's best-selling memoir of the same name, "Fresh Off the Boat" takes a humorous look at the lives of immigrants in America. In the 1990s, Eddie, a hip-hop-loving 11-year-old, relocates with his parents and two brothers to suburban Orlando from the Chinatown section of Washington, D.C. As Eddie's dad, Louis, pursues the American dream by opening a western-themed restaurant named Cattleman's Ranch Steakhouse, Eddie and the rest of the family try to acclimate to their new, strange surroundings.

Cancelled: When musician Craig Robinson needs to find a day job to pay the bills, substitute teaching seems like an easy choice. He goes into it fully expecting to spend his days popping in videos for the students, but when he learns that they think his class is an easy A, he is surprised to realize he wants to inspire his students, using his music as an educational tool. However, the school's rigid principal is none too impressed with Craig's unconventional teaching style, so if he wants to keep the job he'll have to buckle down and shape up.

Cancelled: Alex Kane is a security expert in Las Vegas, Nevada. He meets his ex-wife Ginny and they spend an intimate evening together. But at night, an intruder in her apartment shoots her. In pursuit, Alex is hit by a car driven by a woman named Cassandra and lands in the hospital where he is held as a suspect for the murder, but he escapes and is picked up by Cassandra who introduces him to her boss Mr. Johnson. They are from a powerful secret intelligence organization and use their information to run a betting game on the outcome of crimes. They want Alex to stop the kidnappers of his client's daughter, the same people who also killed Ginny, but he cannot tell anyone. When Alex tracks them down, LVPD arrest everyone. Alex is then freed by Mr. Johnson (Snipes), who claims to be FBI. They offer him the job as "The Player" in their betting game, where Cassandra is "The Dealer" and Mr. Johnson is "The Pit Boss", which Alex declines at first. At the morgue, he finds that Ginny's body is missing her ring tattoo. Suspicious, he returns and accepts the job offer. He accepts the terms, he cannot talk to anyone about the game except Cassandra and the position is for life. In the end, Cassandra deletes photos showing her together with a woman who looks like Ginny.
